92 Dayz
style: Hefeweizen

92 Dayz is our traditional Bavarian Hefeweizen produced for the warmer months of the year.  Brewed with a heavy grain bill of white wheat, we incorporated a single decoction for a more complex and rounded body. Hopped lightly with Mittelfrüh hops, we fermented 92 Dayz with a blend of two weissen yeast strains for a more intricate flavor. Subtle fresh clove, honey, light bananas foster and a dash of spice, finishing exquisitely with a refined malted milk ball taste

Puncheon #2 from the sour room brings a fruity sour ale. This ale brings strawberry and jam notes with a berry and citrus taste finishing with an acidic bite

The brewers got a little crazy and decided our first sour would represent just that. Mella is a decocted sour aged in the oak foeder. Mella has juicy notes and flavors of lemon gummy bears, passion fruit sorbet, freshly squeezed clementine and light oak, finished with an underlying sour tang

Saison de punch em blend one
style: saison brett
abv: 5.3%

Brewed with heavy additions of wheat and oats, Saison de Punch Em was fermented  and aged in our Italian Sangiovese casks with our house brett cultures and an expressive French saison yeast. Laid to rest for four months, it was then packaged straight from the barrel and conditioned for an additional month. Bright notes of pears and light spice mingle with a light funky aroma complemented by citrus fruits, hints of coriander, and a gentle acidity

Mango Frosted
Style: mango milkshake IPA
abv: 7.2%

This milkshake brings all the boys to the yard. Completely hazy and full of mangos and vanilla, this beer has a soft and creamy mouthfeel with a finish of a mango smoothie.


William Goat
ABV: 6.8%

William Goat is our newest lager, brewed in celebration for Cincinnati's favorite beer parade; Bock Fest! Concocted in traditional German fashion and lagered with love; we boiled a portion of our grain mash contributing to big notes of toffee and fresh toasted bread. With pronounced flavors of baked pretzels and a delicate light carmel finish, this beer is perfect to wash down your brat with.

The Midwesterner
style: Hazy pale ale
abv: 4.8%

Brewed exclusively with Midwest ingredients,including Northern Discovery hops from Wisconsin grown on Haley’s father’s farm. Vibrant aromatics of red berried and citrus emerge from the glass. With a pleasurable combo of cantaloupe, honey dew melon, vanilla, and orange julius undertones that ends with a marvelous fruity profile and bright, clean finish.
