MEET THE CHEF!

Meet our Executive Chef, Ian! Chef Ian has been cooking for over 20 years, growing up in the kitchen and learning from his mother and grandparents. He came to us with experience from many local restaurants and has elevated the Taphaus menu with his knowledge of the culinary arts. Chef Ian's favorite Taphaus dish is the Beeria Grilled Cheese, or anything with Beeria in it. He says, "The grilled cheese and consumé reminds me of my childhood at my grandma's house; enjoying a grilled cheese and dipping it in tomato soup."
