These featured events will be held with Team MILF (Mothers Into a Lifestyle of Fitness). A T-Shirt and koozie will be included upon completion of your last session when you complete a “6 Pack”

Workout Details: (HIITs will have modification and variations to exercises, run will be paced appropriately)
1. Warm up 
2. Run Distance: 3-5 miles 
3. (3) HIITs (High Intensity Interval Training) 1. 20 seconds on - 20 seconds rest 2. 30 seconds on - 15 seconds rest 3. 20 seconds on 10 seconds rest 
4. Cool Down with a drink after the workout
