Stout Aged in Maple Syrup Barrels

Our smooth and delicious base stout was then aged for 8 months in maple syrup barrels to produce this slightly sweet, oaky, and rich stout.

 

Barrel Aged Peach Brandy

Oak Aged Peach Brandy Stout

Barrels used for Bourbon were then used for aging Peach Brandy. We then aged our Otto Stout base recipe in these barrels for nine months to create this smooth Barred Aged Peach Brandy Stout.
